CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Price for 1 week
Deposit: 200 Euro
(Pay if you´ve got the informations about your participation. From non-EU countries the bank fee is extra.)
Balance: 300 Euro
(The deposit is payable by bank transfer during the week before the start or no later than
the day of the start in cash or by card as part of the registration process.)
Complete price: 500 Euro
Information for players outside the Karlovy Vary region - possibility of participation with accommodation:
For participants from more distant places we offer the possibility to participate in accommodation with supervision of ESHA leaders in a youth hostel, with full board (extra dinner-buffet and breakfast-buffet in the restaurant of KV Arena) and with transport from KV Arena to the hostel and back. The total price in this case is 750 Euro.
1. Appropriate age (7-15 years) and basic skills of skating and puckhandling (minimum 2-year regular training).
2. After receiving your application, we will send you a "participation confirmation" and bank details. Your application will only be
Valid in case you pay the advance payment immediately after receiving the confirmation of participation.
3. Bring with you: health card, complete hockey equipment, things for swimming, sports clothes and shoes to the gym.
4. When attending with accommodation, bring personal belongings for the week's stay.
5. You will receive further detailed information about the course 4 weeks before the start.
6. Participants are not entitled to compensation in the event of non-culpable failure to act or early termination.
7. Insurance: all participants must have liability insurance in addition to health insurance at the time of the ESHA.
8. With this application, each participant and their parents undertake to comply with the "ESHA Rules" during the entire course. In the event that a participant dangerously violates the "ESHA Rules", the director of ESHA may decide to expel him from ESHA. The unused part of the course fee will then be returned to his parents.
Cancellation conditions - the application becomes binding upon payment of the deposit. If the subscriber opts out:
a) Until May 31, 2026 - the cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit.
b) After May 31, 2026 - the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit.
c) From July 01, 2026 - the cancellation fee is the amount of the entire deposit.
d) In the event that the course cannot take place, the entire paid deposit will be returned.
