Grouping of participants
Each participant is assigned (according to age and performance) to one of the groups: ESHA-I, ESHA-II, ESHA-III...
Training and other activities take place in these groups.
The responsibility for the course is with the "Coaching team of the group", i.e. the group 6-7 persons consisting of:

Head Coach - an experienced professional coach

First assistant - experienced youth coach

Two to three assistants - novice coaches, active players

Two group leaders - club team leaders, youth coaches, etc.
Participants' placement in the team

Each participant is assigned to a team in his/her group (5-8 players and 1-2 goalkeepers)

There are four teams per group

Each team is composed of players from different clubs

The teams have group training, team competitions, meals (team at a common table) and other activities
-
All competitions are team-based
