Training includes
On-ice
  • Training of effective skating (power skating), other basic skills (puckcontrol, passing, shooting,...) and special skills (linear crossover, escape move, shot angle change,...)

  • Development of individual tactical knowledge and simple combinations

  • Games in small spaces and on the whole court

Off-ice
  • Compensation exercises, coordination, strength, speed, endurance, agility

  • Games in the gym   

  • Regeneration in the swimming pool

  • Theory, video

Mental training
is linked to all activities and focuses on mental abilities, skills and motivation:
  • Commitment, confidence, self-discipline, positive thinking, respect, helping each other

  • Team building games to understand the laws of teamwork

  • Motivational videos

  • Inspiration from professional players

GOALIES

special goalie training (under the guidance of the head goalie coach)
  • Lessons and practice on the ice

  • Group and individual work

  • Technical and tactical skills

  • Video analysis

Tournaments and competitions
  • „Best Team of the Week“ (all activities are evaluated during the week) „Team Challenge Cup“ a „ESHA Cup“ (hockey tournaments)

  • „Skills Competition“ (on the ice)

  • „Allround tournament“ (whole week tournament for other sports - floorball, basketball, soccer)
